With referral from public or private psychiatrists, a transgender individual would be prescribed puberty blocker as appropriate.

Each hospital cluster accepts transgender and gender diverse individuals. However, they do not offer any gender-affirming hormones.

Only accepts registration from 18 years old or above individuals, bringing alone a referral letter in person. One has to be 18 or above on the issue date of the referral letter.

PROMOTING ACCEPTANCE OF GENDER DIVERSE EXPRESSIONS OF BEHAVIOUR AND IDENTITIES OF ADOLESCENTS
A real-life experience letter may be helpful in communication with schools, etc. regarding gender-affirming and/or gender-friendly and/or gender-neutral arrangements.
Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People published by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health recommends health care professionals work with families, schools, and other relevant settings to promote acceptance of gender diverse expressions of behaviour and identities of the adolescent.

Actions that are supportive of youth drawn to engaging in gender-expansive (e.g., non-conforming) activities and interests;

Communications that are supportive when youth express their experiences about their gender and gender exploration;

Use of the youth’s asserted name/pronouns;

Support for youth wearing clothing/uniforms, hairstyles, and items (e.g., jewellery, makeup) they feel affirm their gender;

Positive and supportive communication with youth about their gender and gender concerns;

Education about gender diversity issues for people in the young person’s life (E.g., family members, health care providers, social support networks), as needed, including information about how to advocate for gender diverse youth in community, school, health care, and other settings;

Support for gender diverse youth to connect with communities of support (E.g., LGBTQIA+ groups, events, friends);

Provision of opportunities to discuss, consider, and explore medical treatment options when indicated;

Anti-bullying policies that are enforced;

Inclusion of non-binary experiences in daily life, reading materials, and curricula (e.g., books, health, and sex education classes, assigned essay topics that move beyond the binary, LGBTQIA+, and ally groups);

Gender inclusive facilities that the youth can readily access without segregation from nongender diverse peers (e.g., bathrooms, locker rooms).
