性別認同診所新症登記需要甚麼轉介信？
由任何香港註冊醫生，或醫院管理局臨床心理學家，於3個月内簽發的轉介信。
（即使持有香港以外醫生簽發的文件，登記時仍需提交上述香港專業人士簽發的轉介信）
誰可獲轉介至性別認同診所?
轉介信發出當天年滿18歲人士。
不應因身體或精神疾病（如有）而遭拒絕。建議專業人士盡可能先為該人士轉介，讓性別認同診所為其評估及跟進。
