實際生活體驗信
簡介
實際生活體驗信（real-life experience letter, RLE letter）證明該人士的性別認同及跨性別身份，而醫生建議以其性別認同生活，亦為其性別肯定醫療的重要部份。就跟各類醫生信一樣，此信為正式法律文件，可由公營或私營醫生簽發。
同時出示中英文版實際生活體驗信，一般有助傳遞信件内容，有助跨性別及多元性別者與學校、職場等商討性別肯定及／或性別友善及／或性別中立安排，包括但不限於
